Thank you for your interest in supporting Farm Haven. In strict accordance with New York State law, public fundraising will open once our charities registration is approved.

New York State Compliance & Solicitation Integrity

Farm Haven, Inc. was incorporated under the New York Not-for-Profit Corporation Law on September 3, 2026 (NYS DOS ID: 8013110, EIN: 42-4921712, Albany County).

Under New York Executive Law Article 7-A, a charitable organization may not solicit or accept contributions from the public until its registration statement (Form CHAR410) has been submitted to and formally approved by the Charities Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s Office.

Our Board of Directors is currently executing the necessary organizational resolutions and banking instruments to finalize our CHAR410 filing. We do not accept donations at this time.
